A London-based fashion professional is seeking a Fashion Assistant to support upcoming editorial, talent, and brand projects. The role combines fashion preparation, wardrobe organization, administrative duties, and hands-on support during shoots and fittings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while managing the fast-moving logistics involved in fashion and talent projects. Previous experience working with talent, PR teams, or showrooms is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with fashion call-ins and project preparation.
  • Coordinate clothing collections and returns.
  • Organize wardrobes and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Provide on-set assistance during shoots and productions.
  • Manage occasional wardrobe deliveries and other project logistics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with talent, PR, or showrooms preferred.
  • Highly organized and methodical.
  • Confident, personable, and professional.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and resourceful.
  • Comfortable working independently.

Compensation

  • Paid day and half-day rates.
  • Additional travel and lunch expenses covered.
