Executive Producer

Location – Los Angeles, CA(3 days per week)

Duration – 12 months with the possibility of full time

 

Responsibilities:

  • Will be expected to drive innovation, to create, share and anchor a strong creative vision and to secure execution of all projects assigned.
  • Will be expected to share ideas and contribute to the strategic vision and direction of all productions and the network.
  • Will be expected to be a strong team player, both within the Production Department and the company as a whole.
  • Must always think through the “big picture” and when managing the production process.
  • Serve as Team Lead and Main Contact on all aspects of assigned projects. EPs are directly responsible for pushing project information to internal network teams and ensuring that the network is maximizing the potential of each project in all stages.
  • Supervision of entire creative process – from pre-production and casting to final delivery on all projects.
  • Review and convey timely feedback to production partners on all stages of production.
  • Management of multiple outside production companies on multiple series and specials simultaneously, and in coordination with internal departments to ensure best possible outcome of each series.
  • Adherence to and accountability for all aspects of editorial and production standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Ten plus years experience in unscripted television.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to work closely with external producers to represent the network’s needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process from concept to air.
  • Ability to work closely with related divisions including press, marketing, ad sales.

A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
