African-American Choir Group / Singers – Feature Film
Job Description:
We are casting African-American choir groups or singers for a feature film project. This role involves performers miming to a pre-recorded track in a professional setting. The production will also utilize scanning technology to create digital replicas of the performers for use in the film.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as part of an African-American choir group or as an individual singer, miming singing to a pre-recorded track.
- Attend and participate in the filming process, following the direction of the production team.
- Be prepared to be scanned for digital replicas, with consent provided for use in connection with the motion picture.
Requirements:
- Must be part of an African-American choir group or be an individual singer.
- Comfortable miming to a pre-recorded track during the performance.
- Must be available for the entirety of the filming process.
- Must be willing to sign a consent form for the creation and use of digital replicas.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $715 for 8 hours of work (with overtime pay for anything over 8 hours).
- Meals will be provided on set.
- A great opportunity to be part of a major production and feature in a film.

This is a short documentary airing on a major news network in Summer 2021. We are filming in mid-March. Travel and expenses will be provided if necessary. This is a non-union production. Covid protocols will be strictly adhered. Tests will be provided for all talent and crew.
