Job Description

A content production team is seeking UGC Video Creators and End-to-End Content Creators for a TikTok pilot project supporting a vehicle rental brand. This opportunity is ideal for creators who can independently manage the entire content creation process, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery.

The project seeks authentic, relatable, and engaging content that feels natural rather than overly scripted or promotional. Successful creators may be considered for future collaborations beyond the pilot campaign.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop TikTok-style content ideas.
• Film videos using a self-produced setup.
• Appear on camera and deliver engaging performances.
• Edit and finalize short-form video content.
• Deliver completed content according to project requirements.
• Maintain a natural and authentic content style aligned with brand goals.

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or other short-form video content.
• Ability to independently manage content production from start to finish.
• Strong storytelling, filming, and editing skills.
• Preferably based in Metro Manila, with proximity to Makati considered a plus.
• Must be able to provide an Official Receipt (OR).
• Comfortable working within a limited production budget.
