An upcoming indie psychological thriller is seeking background and featured supporting actors for two unique casting opportunities in London. The film explores intense emotional and psychological themes, including scenes involving intimacy, LGBTQIA+ representation, and substance use. All talent will be working with a closed set and experienced intimacy coordinator where required.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray characters in scenes involving psychological and emotional tension
- Participate in either an intimacy scene or student background scene depending on the role
- Work with direction from an intimacy coordinator and director to ensure safety and comfort
- Collaborate on a professional set with a focus on mood, realism, and storytelling
Requirements
SA Intimacy Scene (Filming 31/7/25)
- Male-presenting supporting actors
- Comfortable with LGBTQIA+ intimacy scenes
- Partial nudity may be involved (based on comfort level)
- Open to working with mature content including drug/alcohol themes
SA Students (Filming 5/8/25)
- Male and female-presenting background actors
- Must have a young appearance to portray students
- No speaking lines, faceless background roles
- Must be based in or able to work as a local hire in London, UK
- Time commitment: approximately a half-day shoot for each role
