Job Responsibilities

Lead casting for editorial shoots, fashion campaigns, and branded video projects

Build and present creative casting decks aligned with brand aesthetics and campaign goals

Source talent both locally and globally depending on project scope and budget

Collaborate with production teams to ensure casting aligns with timelines and deliverables

Negotiate talent rates, usage, and contractual terms with agencies and managers

Maintain relationships with top modeling agencies, managers, and emerging talent

Work independently and on-location as needed with the ability to scale resources quickly
Requirements

5+ years of experience in fashion advertising, editorial, or branded content

Deep understanding of fashion, art, celebrity, and pop culture
