Job Description

The Broadway production of The Sound of Music is holding an open submission call for talented children to portray members of the von Trapp family. This Broadway casting opportunity is seeking young performers for the roles of Friedrich, Louisa, Kurt, Brigitta, Marta, and Gretl von Trapp. Selected performers will have the opportunity to bring these beloved characters to life in a professional Broadway production.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray one of the von Trapp children in The Sound of Music on Broadway.
• Perform scripted scenes, musical numbers, and assigned stage material.
• Participate in rehearsals and professional Broadway performances.
• Follow direction from the creative, music, and production teams.
• Maintain strong character work and consistent performances throughout the production.

Requirements

• Seeking child performers.
• Strong acting and performance abilities.
• Singing and musical theatre skills appropriate for a Broadway production.
• Must be considered for one of the following roles: Friedrich von Trapp, Louisa von Trapp, Kurt von Trapp, Brigitta von Trapp, Marta von Trapp, or Gretl von Trapp.
• Comfortable performing in a professional theatrical environment.

Job Description

A live stage production of Miraculous Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Live Stage Spectacular is seeking talented triple-threat performers for an international touring production. This professional stage casting opportunity is looking for versatile actors, singers, and dancers, along with specialty artists, who can bring high-energy characters and dynamic performances to audiences around the world.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform as part of a professional live stage production.
• Combine acting, singing, and dancing throughout live performances.
• Learn and execute choreography, staging, and character direction.
• Participate in rehearsals in Montreal before the tour.
• Travel internationally as part of the touring production.
• Maintain strong performance quality throughout rehearsals and live shows.

Requirements

• Strong acting, singing, and dancing abilities.
• Triple-threat performers are encouraged to apply.
• Specialty performers, including aerialists, skateboarders, and straps artists, are encouraged.
• Must be available for rehearsals in Montreal from January through February 2027.
• Must be available for international touring beginning February 2027.
• Comfortable performing in a large-scale live stage production.
