We are seeking actors to perform in Joffery!, an original parody of A Song of Ice and Fire re-imagined as a traditional pantomime as told by King Joffrey Baratheon.

Performance dates at the Lion and Unicorn Camden 2nd-3rd August and at The Space UK Edinburgh from the 15th-29th August. Applicants must be over the age of 18 and have access to London for rehearsals.

This is an unpaid opportunity joining an emerging company for this production, however in the case of profit, these will be shared amongst the company. Rehearsals will be organised in London in relation to cast availability. 

Cersei – Pantomime Dame:
Cersei is the mother of the principle boy Joffrey but is often distracted by her penchant for bearded fat men. Saucy and funny this role requires a lot of enthusiasm and good audience
communication skills. For male actors. 

Littlefinger – Dastardly Sidekick:

Littlefinger the sidekick of the dastardly villain Ned stark. Plagued by little fingers, little finger struggles to perform basically daily tasks such as holding spoons. This is a comedic role that requires understanding of comedic timing and physical humour.

Can be played by any gender.

Bran/ Guard 1&2/ Tyrion:

Female Actor to play multiple roles feeding into a meta narrative of being promised a larger singular role in the story. This part requires a lot of audience interaction, improvisation skills and ability to do a Scottish accent. Comedy experience preferable.

A new theatrical opportunity is available for professional stage performers interested in touring a compelling one-act play across the UK. “Silent Approach,” inspired by the book Police to Paranoia by Rebecca J House, explores the psychological aftermath of trauma experienced by a female officer in the Lancashire Constabulary. Written by Caroline Lamb and directed by Helen Parry, the production is scheduled to tour key cities including Lancashire, Salford, and London.

This powerful piece calls for emotionally resonant performances and a strong connection to real-world experiences in law enforcement, mental health, and social justice. The play is supported by the Lancashire County Council and tackles complex themes through intimate storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform in a one-act theatrical production addressing trauma and mental health

  • Portray characters with emotional authenticity and nuance

  • Rehearse, tour, and perform in multiple UK cities including Salford, Lancaster, Scarisbrick, Lytham St Annes, Camden, and Blackburn

  • Engage with post-show discussions and outreach events, as needed

  • Collaborate with the director and production team for character development

Requirements

  • Stage acting experience preferred, especially in dramatic or socially driven work

  • Strong memorization and line delivery under touring conditions

  • Availability for all listed tour dates in September and October

  • Comfort in addressing sensitive themes around trauma and mental health

  • Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
