A student production is casting actors for the psychological horror short film Let’s Take a Short Break. The story follows a woman who discovers an unsettling old livestream of a disturbing game show and gradually realizes the nightmare unfolding on screen may not be finished with her yet.
The project is seeking performers for lead, supporting, and ensemble roles in this suspense-driven narrative. This is a student production focused on creating an atmospheric horror short film that explores tension, mystery, and psychological fear.
Job Responsibilities

Portray characters in a psychological horror short film

Perform emotionally intense and suspenseful scenes

Collaborate with the director and production team throughout filming

Participate in rehearsals and production as required
Requirements

Katie – Female, ages 26–30. Lead role central to the unfolding psychological mystery

The Host – Any gender, ages 28–34. A mysterious game show host connected to the disturbing livestream
