Job Description: The Casting Group is seeking people in the Greater Toronto Area who have a unique bond with a pet or animal, such as military veterans with service dogs, for an upcoming campaign for a major financial institution. This is a non-union project, and we are looking for real people who can authentically share their stories about the special connection they have with their animals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a video shoot where you will share your personal story and the special bond you have with your pet or animal.
  • Follow the direction of the production team to create engaging and heartfelt content for the campaign.
  • Be available for the entire duration of the shoot, which is typically one day.

Requirements:

  • Must have a special relationship with a pet or animal (e.g., service dog, therapy animal, etc.).
  • Must be available to work as a local hire in the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Prior experience is not required, but participants must be comfortable on camera.
  • Open to all ages, genders, and ethnicities.

Compensation Details:

  • Session Rate: $600 for a 10-hour day
  • Overtime: $90/hour
  • Wardrobe Fitting: $75 for 2 hours (if required)
  • Wardrobe Overtime: $37/hour (if required)
  • Usage Fee: $5000 for a 2-year usage period (must appear in the final edit for buyout)
  • Additional Usage Option: Option for an additional 2-year buyout at $6000
