Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outreach/prospect new influencers that fit within the target demographic for L’ange
- Experience with prospecting and cold-calling
- Assist affiliates in optimizing their performance with the company including, coordination of content with influencers for specific campaigns and goals
- Manage live videos, including comments and conducting giveaways
- Maintain the social promotional calendar
Qualifications:
- 0 -2 years managing or coordinating talent for marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong demonstrated analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Social media savvy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with outreach and cold calling not from a pre-defined list or subscription platform

Job Responsibilities
