Dans ton rôle de Producteur(rice) Associé(e), tu vas…

  • Travailler avec les chefs de projet pour guider les projets de la conception à la livraison ;
  • Faciliter la communication et la responsabilité entre les disciplines ;
  • Identifier et aider à éliminer les obstacles ;
  • Hiérarchiser et assigner les tâches aux personnes appropriées ;
  • Créer et mettre à jour les calendriers et les tâches ;
  • S’assurer que les caractéristiques des tâches principales sont classées par ordre de priorité avec les parties concernées, que leur portée est définie et qu’elles sont planifiées ;
  • Collaborer avec les responsables pour déterminer les meilleures pratiques, les pipelines de développement et l’allocation des ressources ;
  • Communiquer avec les parties concernées et les partenaires internes ou externes sur les attentes et les résultats attendus ;
  • Maintenir l’équipe mobilisée et concentrée sur les objectifs, les jalons et la qualité.

Qu’est-ce qui te rend S.P.E.C.I.A.L. ?

  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la production de jeux ;
  • Vous avez une solide compréhension du processus de création artistique et du développement de jeux AAA ;

  • Vous maîtrisez les compétences en matière de gestion de projets et de personnel ;
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de développement d’équipe ;

Your Daily Life at Bethesda Game Studios

In your role as Associate Producer, you will:

  • Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship;
  • Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines;
  • Identify and help remove roadblocks;
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate people;
  • Create and update schedules and tasks;
  • Ensure features of major tasks are prioritized with stakeholder, scoped and scheduled;
  • Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines and resource allocation;
  • Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables;
  • Keep your team mobilized and focused on goals, milestones and quality.
