A major automotive commercial campaign is seeking exceptional, highly skilled non-union professional dancers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This exciting dance casting opportunity welcomes performers in their 20s and late 30s from all dance styles and disciplines. The production is looking for experienced dancers with outstanding technique, strong stage presence, and the ability to deliver dynamic performances on camera. A celebrated choreographer from Los Angeles will be involved in the project, offering selected dancers an opportunity to collaborate on a high-profile automotive advertising campaign.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional dance choreography for a major automotive commercial campaign.
- Showcase exceptional dance technique, movement, and artistic expression on camera.
- Collaborate with a professional choreographer and commercial production team.
- Participate in scheduled callbacks, rehearsals, and wardrobe fittings as required.
- Follow creative direction and adapt choreography to meet the commercial’s artistic vision.
- Demonstrate versatility, precision, and strong performance skills throughout filming.
- Work professionally with fellow dancers, directors, and production crew.
- Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and performance quality.
Requirements
- Non-union professional dancers.
- Performers in their 20s to late 30s.
- Must have exceptional professional dance skills and experience.
- All dance styles and disciplines are welcome.
- Strong technical ability, musicality, and expressive movement.
- Comfortable performing choreography in front of the camera.
- Ability to work with a high-profile choreographer and professional creative team.
- Must be available for production activities in Toronto, Ontario.
- Ability to learn choreography quickly and adapt to creative direction.
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and collaborative skills.
Compensation
- Dancer: $750 for 10 hours.
- Featured Extra: $600 for 10 hours.
- Rehearsal: $500 for 10 hours.
- Wardrobe: $175 for 2 hours.
- Featured Dancer Buyout: $4,500 if featured in the final commercial.
- Featured Extra Buyout: $3,000 if featured in the final commercial.
- 15% agency fee where applicable.

Job Description
Groundglass Casting is seeking experienced dancers for a fun software company commercial filming in Toronto. The production is looking for dancers ages 22-30 in the Greater Toronto Area who can dance at an intermediate level and above and feel confident on camera. This is a non-union project and no acting experience is required, but talent should be outgoing and comfortable being filmed and interviewed. Rehearsal and wardrobe take place October 9th (about 2 hours) and filming is October 10th. Shortlisted talent will be notified on or before October 6th or 7th.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform dance routines in a software company commercial
- Attend the rehearsal and wardrobe appointment on October 9th
- Be available for the filming day on October 10th
Requirements
- Ages 22-30, dancing at an intermediate level and above
- Must live in the Greater Toronto Area and be able to film in Toronto
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Confident on camera, outgoing, and comfortable being filmed and interviewed
Compensation
- $600 flat for the wardrobe appointment and rehearsal
- $600 for one day of filming
- An additional $4,500-$8,500 if your likeness appears in the final commercial
