Job Description
A major feature film is casting a talented young boy actor for a leading role in a story centered around courage, family, and hope. The production is seeking a child actor who can authentically portray a Cuban boy with emotional depth and a natural on-screen presence. This project will film in Mexico, with all travel expenses covered for the child and one parent or guardian.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a young Cuban boy with fluency and authenticity

• Deliver emotionally expressive performances in Spanish with a native Cuban accent

• Collaborate with the director and cast during rehearsals and filming

• Participate in remote or in-person auditions as required

Requirements

• Male, 6–8 years old

• Must speak fluent Spanish with a Cuban accent

• Can be based anywhere (travel covered for child and parent/guardian)

• Both child and parent must have valid passports

• Must be available for 2–3 weeks of filming

Role Description – Tonito
A young Cuban boy who speaks fluent Spanish with a native Cuban accent. He is kind-hearted, vulnerable, and deeply emotional. After being separated from his parents, Tonito and his sister Carmen find themselves on a refugee flight to Miami under the guidance of Father Walsh.

Compensation

• $4,326 per week

• Estimated total: $12,978 for 2–3 weeks of work
