Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cast and crew management, ensuring all team members are informed and prepared.
  • Report directly to the film director, assisting with planning and problem-solving to keep the production running smoothly.
  • Provide on-set supervision, ensuring that all aspects of production, including time management and coordination, are executed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar role or in film production management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and project management.
  • Flexibility with scheduling is essential as production times may vary.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and maintain focus on the overall schedule and deliverables.
