Usage/Run:
- Usage Terms: 3 Years Global – All Moving Media.
- Broadcast TV / Cinema: 1 Year Only.
- All Media Defined: Online (including social media), POS/POI, OOH, Trade Fares, Events, MINI Showrooms, BMW Museum, etc.
- Flexibility: The buyout package begins within the first 12 months after the campaign launch. Countries may individually start the buyout period.
- Additional Rights: Spots usable for self-promotion and award submissions by the production company and ad agency without restrictions.
- Usage Payment: Paid only if the ad runs and talent is featured.
Travel Provisions:
- Flights: Economy flights from US to Mexico.
- Accommodation: 3-Star hotel provided.
- Per Diem: $40 per non-shooting day / $20 per shooting day.
Project Synopsis:

Talent Requirements:

Compensation:
- Travel/Down Day: $500 + 20% Agency.
- Session Day: $1000 + 20% for a 12-hour day (excluding travel time to set).
- Estimated Booking: 1-3 Days.
- Usage: $16,000 + 20%.

A paid grocery store commercial is now casting talent for a production filming in Tijuana. Casting directors are seeking experienced male or female actors, ages 30–65, to portray an American business owner in a character-driven commercial role.
This project is open to U.S.-based talent located in the San Diego area, as well as performers living in Tijuana or Baja California who meet the specifications.
