Work you’ll do

The Deloitte Greenhouse® is searching for a Breakthrough Lab Producer to join the Breakthrough Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide array of clients to solve exciting business challenges, stretch your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and network with executive-level clients as well as Deloitte leaders . The Breakthrough Lab producer plays an integral role in the success of labs, including:

Lab Design: In your role you will support Deloitte Greenhouse® Breakthrough lab design, which includes planning, producing, and managing all lab materials and tools (physical or digital), participating in and documenting design sessions, researching as part of the design effort, managing pre-lab interviews as appropriate, and creating an immersive experience for lab participants. We are looking for someone with strong production skills and a passion for creativity.

Lab Delivery: As a Breakthrough lab producer you will participate in day-of Breakthrough Lab delivery on an ongoing basis, which includes managing materials and technology, sharing content, playing music, serving as the main logistics point of contact, facilitating lab break-out activities under the mentorship and guidance of Lab Managers and Lab Leads, and updating lab materials in real-time as needed. Lab producers are also responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for each lab, which includes capturing notes, synthesizing, and organizing the information for documentation purposes. We are looking for someone with executive presence and attention to detail.

Project Management: Breakthrough lab producers play an important part in managing logistics and providing both operational support and underlying project management for assigned Greenhouse labs and other events in the Deloitte Greenhouse®. This includes adhering to milestones, escalating potential risks, conducting necessary reporting efforts for the team, and maintaining appropriate document management systems and team collaboration infrastructure. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and the ability to drive progress while working independently.

Greenhouse Program Support: In addition to delivering labs, you may also have the opportunity to support national or local special projects as well as test creative and innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Deloitte Greenhouse® portfolio. The Senior Integrated Producer has a detailed understanding and is a creative thought-partner when it comes to all aspects of digital video production, real-time marketing projects, event-based “stunts,” and pop-up experiential event productions. You are up-to-date on the latest social media platforms, trends, and audience tendencies while possessing the ability to identify new technologies that can enhance production quality, lower budget expenditures, or increase speed to market. You will be a part of and help lead teams charged with multiple long-form / short-form and social / digital / new media projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities

The Senior Integrated Producer is a member of the new media / digital production and post-production teams, charged with creating outstanding content. Responsibilities will include hands-on content creation, bidding and managing different budget levels, external agencies, directors, post houses, editors, music producers, animation/GFX/VFX pipelines, production timelines, on-set crews, and experience with productions for both small and large footprints under the direction of a Sr Manager of Production. You will source new vendors and social media influencers while working with the creative and account teams to implement the creative vision. Have knowledge of integrated content development including video, photography, and multi-media campaigns in ever-evolving new media production space.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ Years Experience in digital / new media / social content & video production, large production crews, media networks, or advertising agencies
  • Hands-on experience with multiple production media including, video, photography or post-production (Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects)
  • Well-versed understanding of the latest technology
  • Lead jobs with high profile production shoots with different budgets ($50K-2M)
  • Manage partners charged with developing creative content and new ideas
  • Experience and an understanding of content development across multiple media platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handles all production logistics for a shoot. Working collaboratively with Senior Producer and/or Coordinating Producer when needed.
  • Produces shoots with a holistic approach and an eye for detail and what will end up in edit.
  • This individual is capable of directing their shoots and working with Associate Producers to bring their projects to fruition.
  • Is the driving force behind their shoots. Directs, produces, researches, this role does it all and displays a “all hands on deck” approach to their work ethic.
  • Creative directing video shoots, including art direction, onset creative, and/or location selection.

Role Description and Expectations:

As Senior Broadcast Producer, you will bring Deloitte broadcast and video content ideas to life. You are many things: a maker, a leader and a production mentor for junior producers and video team members. This position will focus on broadcast production, but will also execute video and digital content projects. You are a production partner for the creatives and will work closely with the Executive Producer and Supervising Producer to ensure all projects are appropriately scoped, staffed and executed.

You are the person who gets the work made, while keeping production budgets top of mind and driving creative quality. You also know who to call – vendors, directors, creative partners, production houses, freelance individuals, etc. You are confident in the end-to-end making of commercials and trafficking them. From conception through post-production and the delivery of final assets, you are a seasoned professional. Team members look up to you, colleagues have you on speed dial and project managers AND creatives trust you to deliver.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide production leadership for broadcast projects and broadcast client portfolios
  • Create broadcast content and broadcast quality content as a lead produce
  • Consistently deliver accurate scopes and budgets for broadcast and content deliverables
  • Build and foster creative partnerships, both within Deloitte and with external vendors
  • Collaborate with the creative team across all clients
  • Respond to new production requests from within Deloitte as a consultative scoping partner
  • Mentor junior producers and video team members on broadcast production
  • Collaborate with the internal video production team by providing producer support

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is an asset or equivalent work experience in the production, broadcast, content and/or show development
  • A reel and/or case studies will be required for the interview process for this position

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in broadcast production at an agency
  • Experience producing US commercials is a plus
  • Experience working with clients in life sciences and/or pharma is an asset
  • Experience as an integrated producer is a plus if broadcast requirements are satisfied

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
