THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our fast-growing influencer marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of account managers and overseeing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer marketing, experience managing direct reports of varying levels, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers responsible for managing client relationships and campaign execution

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related field, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior leadership

The Manager, Global Brand and Influencer Marketing will lead the development and execution of global influencer marketing campaigns for KVD’s core + newness products. They will also oversee the strategy and execution on global marketing campaigns . Photo Shoots:

·       Assist and support in the planning and pre-production of look book, content and ecommerce shoots, including casting of talent, studio, styling, etc.

·       Manage ongoing gifting program for paid and organic ambassadors

·       Manage inventory and product gifting including packaging and send outs

PRESS:
