In this role, you will oversee all marketing efforts for the company and will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and be responsible for mentoring and developing their skills, creating marketing strategies and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, undertaking market research, understanding trends and customer preferences, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content, and performing all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s growth.

Some specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
- Leading market research efforts to identify new opportunities and target audiences

- Managing marketing budgets and resources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design
- Mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 3+ years of strong marketing experience, with experience in a leadership role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Experience in hair care/beauty highly preferred
