Aspire is partnering with a global brand that partners with NGOs, Governments, and multinational corporations, helping them engage their audiences and deliver change by delivering programs that deal with topics including sustainability, globalization, poverty, and health.

They are looking for a Senior Digital Producer with a passion for delivering impactful content and a strong grounding in website design and development so that you’re able to work with Developers to communicate deliverables.

The Senior Digital Producer will be responsible for:

* Delivering all content and technical elements of the brand’s US projects.

* Manage budgets to ensure that margin targets are met and provide realistic quotes for projects.

* Supporting the strategy team by providing digital ideation to enhance client proposals.

* Using your previous experience to identify opportunities to evolve processes with new production tools, techniques, and methodologies.

The Senior Digital Producer will have the following experience:

* Previous experience in a Project Management capacity for creative or media agencies, working with and leading designers, developers, and QA teams.

* Working with developers on website build projects, from soup to nuts.

* Great organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and work across several different projects at one time.

* Strong communicator who is able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and being able to translate to those who may not have a technical understanding.

* Website design and development skills, from CMS format pages to more bespoke websites.

Title: Account Director/Senior Account Director

Location: NYC or LA – hybrid

Compensation: $115,000 – $145,000

Aspire is partnering with an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating 360 brand experiences and driving results for their clients. They have 20+ years of experience and continue to expand. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead a key entertainment account. This is an urgent need and the client is ready to interview and hire promptly.

This is a temp to perm position that can be located in either New York City or Los Angeles.

Requirements and responsibilities

• 5+ years as an account director with experience leading enterprise level accounts in the entertainment vertical; streaming client experience is highly preferred
• Experience at a global agency is required
• Ability to communicate between agency and team effectively – driving results for client needs while maintaining feasibility of requests
• Write creative briefs and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders for planning, creative and status
• Provide big-picture strategic thinking grounded in data and cultural nuance; has the vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, provide solutions and develop a deep understanding of the clients’ business beyond the marketing aspect

Compensation and Benefits

• $115,000 – $145,000 DOE

Aspire is working with a distinguished brand, known for its thought-provoking content and international influence. The brand is looking for a Creative Director who will spearhead the creative team and reshape the way their brand resonates with a diverse and growing global audience.

The Creative Director will be responsible for:
* Elevating creative leadership to new heights, setting the benchmark for excellence, sparking inspiration, and consistently delivering unparalleled creative output across various projects.
* Infusing the brand with fresh vitality through daring and imaginative storytelling, establishing a profound connection with our expanding international community.
* Work closely with the EVP of Marketing to define the distinctive brand voice, visual aesthetics, and brand character, ensuring a harmonized and cohesive identity across all business sectors and product offerings.
* Lead and guide a team of both internal and freelance art directors, designers, and copywriters. Oversee their contributions to brand campaigns, partnerships, user engagement initiatives, and digital user experiences.

The Creative Director will have the following experience:
* You will have started your career or had experience in Copywriting.
* Strong Creative Directing background with experience working in an agency environment.
* Previous experience working for a D2C subscription brand.
* Exposure to working with B2B Businesses and Campaigns is essential.
* Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are delivered to a high quality.
* Experience leading and growing a Creative team to build design solutions through brand building and storytelling.
