Temporary Office Assistant

Job Description
A performing arts organization is hiring a temporary office assistant to support daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have strong administrative skills, be comfortable using office software, and enjoy working in a team that values both efficiency and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and administrative assistance

  • Organize documents, schedules, and office workflows

  • Assist with customer service and communications

  • Support social media tasks and outreach as needed

  • Adapt to a variety of responsibilities, from clerical work to logistical support

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with office software applications

  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday through Friday

Compensation

  • Part-time role, Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM

  • Up to 1,000 total hours available

  • Paid opportunity with valuable administrative experience
