A growing travel content production team is seeking 1–2 proactive remote assistants to support day-to-day operations behind the scenes. This opportunity is ideal for strong communicators who thrive in an organized, fast-paced digital environment and enjoy supporting creative entrepreneurs.

The team works with luxury hotels and global travel partners, producing high-quality travel content around the world. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for reliable assistants to manage communications, support brand outreach, and help streamline operational tasks so the creators can focus on filming and editing.

This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage email inbox and Instagram DMs

• Flag important leads, partnership inquiries, and business opportunities

• Send and follow up on brand communications

• Support outreach to hotels, tourism boards, and travel brands

• Create invoices and assist with light administrative tasks

• Repurpose existing content across platforms

• Assist with small operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with high-quality, natural English

• Confident, professional communication style (not robotic)

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and solve problems

• Comfortable communicating with luxury brands

• Quick and reliable in responding to messages

• Available to work 8–16 hours per week

• Able to coordinate with another assistant to ensure daily coverage

• Experience in inbox or client management is a plus, but not required

Compensation Details

• Part-time role (8–16 hours per week)

• Monthly rate based on experience and availability (applicants must provide their rate expectation)

• Fully remote and flexible work structure
