The ideal editor can transform raw footage into engaging short-form content that feels natural to social media while maintaining a clean, elevated visual style. This is a flexible, ongoing contract role for an editor who can work across different brand aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit short-form social media content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Turn raw footage into engaging, polished, and audience-focused content.
• Create on-brand graphics, carousels, and Reel covers.
• Use strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling techniques to improve content.
• Adapt editing styles to match different brand aesthetics.
• Complete edits efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience using Canva and CapCut.
• Experience editing short-form Reels and TikToks.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engaging content hooks.
• Ability to create polished graphics, carousels, and social media covers.
• Clean and elevated editing style.
• Reliable with deadlines and capable of quick turnaround times.
• Ability to make content feel natural and authentic to social platforms.
• Experience editing beauty, lifestyle, fitness, food, construction, or service-based brand content is a plus.
