Job Responsibilities

• Portray an assigned character in a crime thriller short film.
• Collaborate with the director and cast during rehearsals and filming.
• Perform character-driven scenes that reflect the film’s period setting.
• Perform staged combat where required for the role.

Requirements

• Agent Robert Lashbrook: Male, ages 28–38. Lead role portraying a disciplined CIA agent who begins to unravel under the demands of his work. Stage combat experience required; firearms training preferred.
• Mary Lashbrook: Female, ages 24–38. Supporting role portraying Robert’s strong, devoted wife, who has reached her limit with his profession and their marriage.
• Director Gottlieb: Male, ages 45–60. Supporting role portraying a calm, calculating, quietly ruthless CIA director whose loyalty demands are uncompromising.
• Agent Walsh: Male, ages 30–45. Supporting role portraying a loyal agent awaiting orders. Firearms training preferred.
• Criminal: Male, ages 25–40. Supporting role portraying a man caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
• Target: Male, ages 28–40. Supporting role portraying the man Lashbrook is assigned to eliminate. Stage combat involving firearms is required.
• Be available for rehearsals and filming in Dallas, Texas.
• Selected performers must sign appearance and usage releases permitting use of recorded material in all media, in perpetuity.
• Include brief descriptions of your stage combat experience and any firearms training, plus clear front and back views of both hands.

Compensation

• Agent Robert Lashbrook: $300 per day.
• Mary Lashbrook: $300 per day.
• Director Gottlieb: $300 per day.
• Agent Walsh: $100 flat rate.
• Criminal: $100 flat rate.
• Target: $100 flat rate.
• Meals provided.
