Stella Barbella’s is seeking a creative and driven content creator to help produce engaging social media content for a growing fitness brand. Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content (TikTok/Reels style)
• Develop creative ideas aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetic
• Film and edit content within the studio space
• Collaborate with the team during in-person sessions
• Contribute consistently to content output and brand growth

Requirements

• Comfortable on camera and around people
• Strong video editing skills (TikTok/Reels format)
• Creative thinker with initiative and originality
• Understanding of brand identity and aesthetic content
• Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term growth
• Interest in fitness and community-based environments

Compensation

• Free studio membership (4 or 8 classes depending on output)
