Job Description

Spotter is seeking a creative and confident UGC Content Creator for a remote opportunity focused on producing engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, advertising, and marketing campaigns. The creator will work with provided scripts while delivering content naturally on camera, as well as develop original characters, scenarios, hooks, and creative concepts. Candidates should be comfortable producing professional-quality video and audio from a remote setup and creating multiple content variations for A/B testing.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow and adapt provided scripts while maintaining a natural on-camera delivery.
• Research social media trends and incorporate relevant viral formats.
• Apply effective storytelling, pacing, and retention techniques.
• Record high-quality video and audio using professional or reliable equipment.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into content.
• Meet assigned content deadlines consistently.
• Create content beyond traditional talking-head videos.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UGC or video content creation experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• American accent preferred.
• Reliable camera, microphone, lighting, and internet setup.
• Portfolio featuring previous UGC or video work.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, B2B, trucking, logistics, or transportation is a plus.
• Home studio, green screen, or professional filming setup is a plus.
