Job Description
Casting directors are seeking talented basketball players for an upcoming high-energy reality series following young athletes navigating basketball, identity, and opportunity in Los Angeles. The production is searching for authentic street ballers with standout skills, strong personalities, and compelling personal stories outside the traditional NBA or college basketball path.
This non-union reality series will spotlight real talent, hustle, and ambition within LA’s street basketball culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in filming for a basketball-focused reality series
- Showcase basketball skills during gameplay and competition segments
- Share personal stories and experiences on and off the court
- Collaborate with the production team during filming
- Attend scheduled production shoots in the Los Angeles area
Requirements
- Male basketball players ages 18–23
- Must be based in Los Angeles or surrounding areas
- Must have strong basketball skills and on-camera personality
- Seeking players outside the traditional NBA or college basketball route
- Must have a compelling personal story and passion for the game
- Applicants should submit a headshot and resume
Compensation Details
- Non-union production
- Pay rate: $200 per day
- Opportunity to appear in a basketball reality television series
