Job Description
An independent romantic adventure comedy is casting multiple roles for a feature film in Houston. The story follows a young man with Down syndrome on a self-discovery journey filled with humor, heart, and community. We’re booking reliable, camera-ready talent for featured supporting parts and partygoer extras.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray assigned character with authenticity and strong on-set professionalism

  • Take direction, hit marks, and maintain continuity across multiple takes

  • Attend wardrobe fittings and follow hair/makeup notes as provided

  • Collaborate respectfully with cast and crew in a fast-moving indie environment

Requirements

  • Houston local or able to work as a local hire

  • Rachel (Supporting): Female, any race, 35–45, elegant, fit/athletic, 5’2”–5’8”, comfortable in heels

  • Father Konstantin (Supporting): Male, Caucasian/European, 60+, 5’4”–6’2”

  • Timothy (Supporting): Male, any race, 45–55, muscular/athletic, 5’6”–6’0”, comfortable shirtless

  • Misty (Supporting): Female, any race, mid-age, slim to voluptuous, 5’2”–5’8”

  • Businessmen (2) (Supporting): Male, any race, 40–60, 5’2”–5’8”

  • Alex (Supporting): Male, Caucasian/European, 60+, long beard and/or mustache, 5’4”–6’2”

  • Partygoers (Extras): All genders, any race, 18–70; no visible tattoos or facial piercings

  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to follow direction required

Compensation

  • Paid roles at indie film rates
