Job Description
Casting directors are seeking enthusiastic performers for Elf Town Dublin 2025, an immersive 75-minute Christmas experience. Performers will bring the holiday spirit to life through engaging roles, guiding families on a magical journey with elves, Santa Claus, and festive storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray characters such as Santa Claus or Elves in an interactive Christmas experience

• Guide families through immersive holiday performances

• Interact warmly with children and adults, creating a magical atmosphere

• Attend mandatory training sessions, rehearsals, and scheduled performance times

Requirements

• Santa Claus: Men with cheerful eyes, warmth, kindness, and charisma to embody the spirit of Christmas

• Elves: Playful, confident, and energetic performers comfortable interacting with guests of all ages

• Tier 1 Elves: Highly skilled performers who can take on multiple roles and lead in a panto-standard performance

• Must be available for auditions (Sept 6), rehearsals (October), and performances (late November–December 2025, Tuesday to Sunday)

• Strong weekday availability required

Compensation

• Santa Claus: €25–€40 per hour (based on experience and performance)

• Elves: €19 per hour

• Paid opportunity with professional performance experience
