Job Description

A fast-growing AI platform is seeking energetic and engaging UGC creators to produce short-form video content for social media. Selected creators will serve as the face of the platform by creating authentic, TikTok-style videos designed to engage audiences and drive awareness. Scripts, hooks, and creative briefs will be provided, allowing creators to focus on delivering natural and compelling on-camera performances.

This opportunity is open to creators of all experience levels. No professional equipment or large social media following is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and record short-form UGC videos ranging from 30–45 seconds in length.
• Produce approximately six videos per week over a one-month campaign period.
• Follow provided scripts, hooks, and creative briefs.
• Deliver authentic, high-energy performances suitable for social media audiences.
• Submit content according to campaign timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project.

Requirements

• Comfortable speaking directly to the camera.
• Access to a smartphone capable of recording video content.
• Strong on-camera presence with a natural and conversational delivery style.
• Ability to create fast-paced, engaging social media content.
• Basic understanding of TikTok-style video formats and trends.
• Beginner creators are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speakers are highly preferred but not required.

Compensation Details
