An independent passion project commercial is seeking a Makeup Artist and a Sound Recordist for a one-day shoot taking place in Glendale, California. This is a collaborative unpaid opportunity ideal for creatives who want to gain experience, receive on-screen credit, and work with a passionate team on a visually rich, cozy concept.

Meals and credits will be provided, and a kit fee is available for both roles.

Job Responsibilities

Makeup Artist

• Provide makeup services for talent during the commercial shoot

• Collaborate with the director to match the visual tone and aesthetic

• Ensure continuity and touch-ups throughout the shoot

• Must bring own kit and tools

Sound Recordist

• Operate professional or field recording equipment during production

• Capture high-quality on-set dialogue and ambient sound

• Coordinate with the director to ensure optimal audio levels and clarity

• Must bring own recording gear

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Glendale, CA

• Available on October 8th

• Collaborative, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Must bring own equipment

• Open to working on unpaid projects (kit fee provided)

Compensation Details
