Job Details: We are seeking a picturesque beach house in New Jersey to serve as the primary location for an upcoming low-budget independent film. The production will utilize the outdoor areas of the property exclusively over a few days in August (exact dates to be determined). This opportunity is ideal for property owners interested in the film industry and who wish to see their property featured in a cinematic project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide access to the beach house and its outdoor surroundings for the duration of the film shoot.
• Ensure the outdoor area is clean, safe, and ready for a film crew.
• Allow film equipment and a small crew on the premises.
• Be available for communication with the film’s production team before and during the shooting days to address any logistical needs.

Requirements:

• Must own a property that features a beach house with an accessible outdoor area.
• The property should be located in a scenic part of New Jersey with beach access.
• Must be willing to host a film crew and their equipment.
• Property must be available for exclusive use during several consecutive days in August (to be scheduled).
• Previous experience with film or photography shoots preferred but not essential.

Compensation:

• Negotiable based on the property features and the duration of the shoot.
• All property usage fees will be agreed upon before filming.
