Performances will be natural, lifestyle-driven, and emotionally grounded, suitable for branded digital content.

The production will feature narrative-style scenes designed for social media distribution, focusing on authentic chemistry, expressive performances, and clear storytelling.

Ethan (Male Lead)

• Caucasian male

• Native English speaker

• Age range: 23–36

• Portrays a local Canadian man in a new relationship

• Strong acting skills required; commercial or branded content experience preferred

Lucía (Female Lead)

• Native Spanish speaker

• Conversational English (not fully fluent)

• Age range: 21–29

• Portrays a recent immigrant from Spain adjusting to life in Canada

• Strong acting skills required; commercial or branded content experience preferred

Job Description
A production team is casting four actors for a paid app promotional short-form video project. Filming will take place in the Toronto/GTA area (exact location TBD) and will feature fast-paced, story-driven scenarios designed for short-form content. Actors should be comfortable playing multiple identities across different short scenes, such as a trusted partner, friend, or antagonist.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in short-form scripted scenarios for an app promotional video series.

• Portray different character identities across multiple quick scenes.

• Deliver full lines clearly with strong camera presence.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced shoot environment and follow direction.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Toronto/GTA (indoor and/or outdoor locations; exact location TBD).

• Fluent English required (must deliver full lines).

• Strong acting skills and on-camera presence.

• Comfortable with quick, short-form storytelling and frequent scene changes.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Casting for:

  • Young female (early 20s)

  • Young male (early 20s)

  • Adult female (late 20s–early 30s)

  • Adult male (late 20s–early 30s)

Compensation

• $20/hour.

• Approximately 8-hour shoot day.

• Payment paid on shoot day.
