The Deli Very Guys Casting Call

Job Description
A scripted series is casting multiple roles for an upcoming production. Casting is seeking strong, camera-ready performers who can bring personality, authenticity, and clear character choices to scene work. Roles are available for lead, supporting, guest star, and co-star talent across multiple age ranges and ethnicities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform scripted scenes as a lead, supporting, guest star, or co-star role.

  • Take direction from the director and production team during rehearsals and filming.

  • Maintain performance consistency across takes and stay camera-ready on set.

  • Work professionally with cast and crew throughout the production day.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable performing on camera in a scripted series format.

  • Casting for the following roles:

    • Ontario (Lead): Male, late 20s–30s, any ethnicity.

    • Ms. Favors (Supporting): Female, 40s–50s, African American.

    • Mr. Morgan (Supporting): Male, 40s–50s, any ethnicity.

    • Shance (Guest Star): Female, 25–35, African American or Latina.

    • Ms. Gables (Guest Star): Female, 60s–70s, any ethnicity.

    • The Withmore Husband (Guest Star): Male, 30s–40s, any ethnicity.

    • The Withmore Wife (Guest Star): Female, 30s–40s, any ethnicity.

    • Trisha (Guest Star): Female, 30s, African American.

    • Steph (Co-Star): Female, late 20s–30s, any ethnicity.

Compensation

  • Paid roles (rate provided upon selection).
