Prime Legal is supporting a prominent firm in South Carolina on their search for a Director of Communications to oversee their busy call center legal department. This role will provide a qualified candidate with a seat at the table – leading a large department and implementing strategies for growth & success. Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of Call Center Management or Director level experience
- Experience with analyzing KPI’s, report running and ability to implement changes that will positive effect results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are a must! Both with employees and law firm clients
