Posche Models is scouting new and experienced male and female models for representation through its New York and Florida offices. The agency is seeking talent for opportunities in fashion, runway, editorial, beauty, lifestyle, catalog, and media campaigns. Individuals with strong potential, a polished appearance, and professional presence are encouraged to apply. Applicants should ideally reside in the New York Tri-State area or Florida and should not currently be represented in the market where they are applying.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent Posche Models for fashion, editorial, runway, catalog, beauty, and media projects.
• Attend castings, photo shoots, fittings, and runway events as booked.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow direction from photographers, designers, and creative teams.
• Keep portfolio materials and measurements up to date.

Requirements

• Must not currently be represented in the market where applying.
• Female Models (16+):
  • 5’7″+ for fashion, editorial, beauty, and media.
  • 5’9″+ for runway.
• Male Models (16+):
  • 5’11″+ for fashion, editorial, and media.
  • 6’1″+ for runway.
• Men & Women (30s–50s):
  • Seeking polished talent for fashion, catalog, beauty, and lifestyle campaigns.
