Job Description
A new BBC television drama from the creators of Skins is seeking a neurodivergent Scottish female performer who is autistic and aged between 16 and 19. This role offers a supportive and inclusive production environment, with a focus on authenticity and genuine representation. No prior acting experience is required—just a willingness to participate and learn.
Job Responsibilities
• Learn and perform a short scripted dialogue for camera
• Work alongside a professional cast on set and on location
• Collaborate with directors and crew in a safe, respectful environment
• Contribute to an authentic and meaningful representation of neurodivergent experiences
Requirements
• Female-identifying performer aged 16–19
• Must be Scottish and autistic
• No acting experience required
• Must be comfortable learning lines and performing on camera
• Must be available for casting and production as scheduled
