Job Responsibilities
- Perform scripted roles in a short film production
- Collaborate with the director and cast to bring characters to life
- Participate in rehearsals, filming, and potential promotional content
- Follow on-set direction and maintain professionalism
- Portray comedic and dramatic elements effectively
Requirements
Jal (Lead)
- Male, 20s to early 30s
- Thai-Chinese-American or open to multiple ethnicities
- Physically fit, confident on camera
- Must be comfortable with a shirtless performance scene
Undead Aunt Lukee (Lead)
- Female or non-binary, 20s to 60s
- Asian-American identifying
- Strong comedic presence
- Comfortable with prosthetics and special effects makeup
Human Aunt Lukee (Supporting)
- Female, 40s to 60s
- Thai or Thai-American
- Must speak fluent Thai
- Acting or restaurant experience is a plus
Tai (Supporting)
- Child actor, ages 4–8 (to play younger)
- Open to multiple ethnicities
- Energetic and comfortable on camera
General Requirements
- Must be able to work as a local hire in Los Angeles
- Open to union and non-union actors
- Strong acting ability and professionalism
