Onsen Retreat is inviting passionate filmmakers and content creators to attend a one-week, all-expenses-paid onsen retreat in Japan this October. Selected creators will have the opportunity to work on personal passion projects while documenting the retreat experience through engaging photo and video content.
Applicants must submit a reel explaining why they should be selected for this unique creative residency.
Job Responsibilities
- Document the week-long onsen retreat through photo and video content.
- Capture the creative process, daily experiences, and retreat activities.
- Create authentic social media content throughout the retreat.
- Work on personal passion projects during the residency.
- Collaborate with fellow creators and the retreat team.
Requirements
- Filmmaker or content creator with strong storytelling skills.
- Able to create engaging photo and video content.
- Available to attend a one-week retreat in Japan during October 2026.

Compensation
