Male Background Talent for Gala Scene in Feature Film

Job Description
A feature film shooting in Memphis is urgently casting male background actors for an upscale gala scene. The production is seeking talent with a polished, formal appearance who can work in a fog/haze environment. The scene will be shot across multiple days, and while full availability is preferred for continuity, it’s not required. This is a rush call with a fast-approaching deadline, so early submissions are encouraged.

Job Responsibilities

  • Appear as a gala guest in a high-end formal setting

  • Arrive camera-ready with proper formal wardrobe (no red or white)

  • Maintain availability for long shoot days, as exact call/wrap times are not yet confirmed

  • Participate in a coat check scene (coat/wrap required)

  • Follow on-set direction while working in a haze/fog environment

Requirements

  • Males only, ages 25–65

  • Ethnicities: Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, Latino

  • Must be clean-cut and well-groomed with no visible tattoos

  • No cut-out dresses, tops, or suits

  • Must provide recent headshot and full-body photo (taken within the last month, plain background, no hats/sunglasses/filters)

  • Must be local to Memphis, TN or able to work as a local hire

Compensation

  • $150 for 12 hours

  • Overtime paid after 12 hours at time and a half

  • Paid via payroll company
