Job Description
A SAG-AFTRA production is seeking male and female actors to portray bar regular patrons in a branded content web series, Golden Gai. This is a featured background role, requiring individuals with distinct character faces and the ability to blend naturally into a lively bar atmosphere. Filming will take place in North Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a bar regular in a Japanese-style bar setting.
- Follow direction and engage naturally in background interactions.
- Maintain an authentic, relaxed presence to enhance the realism of the scene.
Requirements
- Gender: Male and Female
- Age: 30-65
- Ethnicity: Open to all ethnicities
- Appearance: Unique character faces and expressive personalities are a plus
- SAG-AFTRA membership required
- Location: Must be local to Los Angeles (North Hollywood) – no travel or accommodations provided
- Availability: Must be available for at least one of the scheduled filming dates (Monday 3/3, Tuesday 3/4, or Wednesday 3/5)
Compensation
- Rate: $162 for 8 hours (overtime after 8 hours)
- Work on a professionally produced web series
