Job Description
A production filming in Powassan, Ontario, is seeking skilled skateboarders for paid background roles. Casting is looking for young performers who can bring authentic skateboarding ability, confidence, and energetic movement to the production. Both union and non-union talent may be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform skateboarding activities naturally on camera
- Appear in background scenes as directed by the production team
- Demonstrate confident and controlled skateboarding skills
- Follow on-set instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain energy and professionalism throughout filming
Requirements
- Skateboarders ages 16–25
- Must have genuine skateboarding skills
- Must be an Ontario resident
- Must be able to work in Powassan, Ontario
- Union and non-union talent may apply
Compensation
- $47.50 per hour
Baseball Players for Background Film Role
Job Description
A film production is casting baseball players for paid background roles in North Bay, Ontario. Union and non-union performers are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity. Casting directors are looking for energetic individuals with baseball experience who can help create authentic game-day scenes for the production.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a baseball player in background scenes.
- Perform realistic baseball movements and game action as directed.
- Follow instructions from the production team on set.
- Maintain professionalism and continuity throughout filming.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Union and non-union talent welcome.
- Baseball playing experience is required.
- Must be a resident of Northern Ontario, north of Parry Sound.
- Able to work in North Bay, Ontario.
Compensation
- $35.25 per hour.
- Minimum 8 hours of pay guaranteed.
