My film focuses on a journey towards self-discovery as a queer person and highlights how loss can impact one’s perspective of themselves. Rowan, a high school student, struggles to gain closure after losing her best friend to suicide. The storyline goes into themes of homophobia and the grieving process as a whole. I'm looking for an actor with a wide emotional range for the main character, Rowan.Â
