Job Description
A comedy horror short film titled The Last Resort Resort is casting an actor for a recurring featured camper role filming in Muskoka and Brampton, Ontario. The character appears throughout the project in group scenes involving physical comedy, action, and one speaking line. The production is seeking performers 18 or older who can convincingly portray a late teenager or very young adult.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a recurring featured camper in a comedy horror short film.
- Appear naturally in recurring group and ensemble scenes.
- Perform physical comedy and action as required by the role.
- Deliver one speaking line during the production.
- Follow direction and work collaboratively with the cast and production team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Open to any gender and ethnicity.
- Must be able to convincingly portray a late teen or very young adult.
- Comfortable performing physical comedy and action.
- Comfortable delivering a speaking line on camera.
- Toronto and GTA performers are welcome to apply.
Compensation
- Unpaid student production.
- Food provided.
- Lodging provided for the Muskoka portion of the production.
- Production carpooling will be coordinated where possible.
