Job Description

The hit fiction podcast Night Shift: An Urban Fantasy Audio Drama is casting for Season 2! This queer-led series is set in an urban fantasy version of America and has gained over 220,000 listens since its debut. The production team is now seeking male, female, and nonbinary voice actors to join their LGBT-friendly cast for multiple new roles.

No previous voice acting experience is required — just enthusiasm, creativity, and a good-quality microphone.

Job Responsibilities

• Voice a character for Season 2 of Night Shift following provided scripts.

• Record lines remotely and meet project deadlines set by the production team.

• Participate in cast communication via email or the production’s Discord server.

• Deliver clean, high-quality audio using a USB or XLR microphone.

Requirements

• Open to all genders and identities.

• Most characters use American accents, though other accents may be accepted.

• Must have a reliable recording setup (USB/XLR mic and quiet recording space).

• Available to record and submit audio independently according to deadlines.

• 12 open roles total: 1 major, 11 minor, plus additional extras.

• Includes POC-specific and queer roles.
