Mob Scene is looking for a Producer/ Creative Director to join our AV team. They will be responsible for both creative directing and being account executive for their own book of business and report to our President of Theatrical/ Streaming. The candidate will be working closely with editorial, graphics, music, and finishing to oversee projects from start to finish. The right candidate should have an intimate understanding of current industry trends and be able to solve problems quickly and effectively as they arise..

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business, new clients and be open to working with existing clients in collaboration with President of the department
• Lead business development meetings with potential new clients
• Oversee all creative and administrative aspects of your book of business
• Cultivation of strong relationships with all internal departments including creative teams and industry partners
• Accountable for maintaining relationships, client satisfaction, and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and on budget
• Keeps Leadership apprised of business development efforts and opportunistic initiatives
• Develops innovative solutions to challenges
• Remain current on industry and technological trends that may benefit clients and Company
• Foster communication with necessary creative and account personnel to facilitate workflow
• Oversee department staff to ensure efficient production of AV materials, starting from the creative briefing by clients through final delivery of assets
• Take on additional initiatives as directed by supervisor and/or senior management

Skills And Experience

• Excellent client contacts a must
• Department culture is key, we work together and are looking for someone interested in collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-faceted company
• Ability to work past normal business hours when required, including weekends and holidays to ensure work is completed
• Strategic thinker with proven experience in the Broadcast/Streaming creative development arena
