Lead and Supporting Roles in Student Short Film

Job Description
A graduation film is casting lead and supporting roles for a compelling student short exploring identity and self-worth. The story centers around June, a reclusive young woman navigating a surreal transformation when a mysterious flower blooms from her forehead. This fantasy-drama will film in London with an industry-supported student crew and offers IMDb credit and an honorarium.

Job Responsibilities
• Portray emotionally rich characters in a scripted short film
• Participate in rehearsals and table reads as scheduled
• Contribute to a collaborative, student-led film production
• Bring depth and believability to complex characters in emotionally charged scenes

Requirements
• Female Lead (June): Age 18–24, all ethnicities; must convey vulnerability and internal conflict
• Female Support (Mary): Age 40–50, all ethnicities; emotionally intense role as a mother
• Based in or able to work in London
• Comfortable working on a student project with a creative team

Compensation
• Lead role: £100 honorarium, IMDb credit, and a copy of the final film
• Supporting roles: £60 honorarium, IMDb credit, and a copy of the final film
