Job Responsibilities
- Create and publish 3–4 TikTok videos per week.
- Follow provided weekly content scripts and guidelines.
- Adapt scripts into your own authentic content style.
- Manage and post content from your TikTok account.
- Produce videos consistently and meet content deadlines.
- Engage in ongoing content creation campaigns as assigned.
Requirements
- Open to all genders and locations, with preference given to creators based in the United States.
- Must be under 28 years old.
- Must own an Apple device, as the required app is currently available only through the App Store.
- Must be able to create and manage a TikTok account.
- Ability to publish content directly from the TikTok account.
- Preferably have access to two phones—one for filming and one for app usage.
- Comfortable following scripts and producing content consistently.
- Able to post 3–4 videos per week.
- No prior UGC or content creation experience required.
Compensation Details
- Base Pay: $300 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Additional $500 if one of your videos reaches 1 million views.
