Job Description
A student production is casting actors for an upcoming short film exploring themes of guilt, morality, and personal reflection. The story follows a small-time drug dealer who, after a late-night sale, attends church while wrestling with feelings of guilt and uncertainty about what he might find there. The project will be filmed as part of a student filmmaking initiative and offers performers the opportunity to gain experience in an independent dramatic production.
Job Responsibilities

Portray a character in a narrative-driven student short film

Collaborate with the director and production team to bring the story to life

Participate in rehearsals and filming as required

Requirements

Kev – Male, ages 18–23. A troubled young man struggling with guilt and internal conflict. Strong emotional acting ability preferred.

Priest Francis – Male, ages 60–70. A calm and thoughtful priest who serves as a guiding presence in the story.

Must be comfortable performing in a dramatic short film

Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with a student production team

Acting experience is helpful but not required
