Job Description
A new production filming in Newmarket/Aurora, Ontario is casting background actors for several upcoming scenes. The production is hiring non-union extras of various ages for school, church, and party scenes. This is a great opportunity for new or experienced talent looking to get on set and gain exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray high school students in classroom and party environments

• Participate as extras in a church scene

• Take direction from the assistant director and maintain continuity between takes

• Arrive on set prepared and on time

• Engage in non-speaking background action as directed

Requirements

• Must be 18+ but able to believably portray a 17-year-old (for school and party scenes)

• Open to all ethnicities and body types

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional on set

• Preferred if located in the Newmarket or Aurora area, but open to all applicants

• Comfortable being on set for extended hours

Compensation

• June 23: Party scene, 5 hours, $100

• June 25: Church scene, approx. 10 hours, $150

• July 5–6: School scene, approx. 9 hours, $150/day

• July 12–13: School scene, approx. 9 hours, $150/day
